Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website at subzerocastlerock.com, engaging our appliance repair services, or contacting Castle Rock Appliance Service ("we," "our," or "us") by phone at (720) 903-1006, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms govern all interactions between you and Castle Rock Appliance Service, including service calls to homes throughout Castle Rock, Douglas County, and the Palmer Divide region.
Description of Services
Castle Rock Appliance Service provides independent premium appliance repair services for residential customers in Castle Rock, Colorado, and surrounding Douglas County communities. We are an independent repair provider and hold no authorization, certification, or endorsement from any appliance manufacturer. Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on our website or in our communications are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the equipment we service. Our technicians are brand-knowledgeable independent service professionals who use OEM-standard parts and manufacturer-grade components.
Service Area
Our primary service area encompasses Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Castle Pines Village, The Meadows, Crystal Valley Ranch, Founders Village, Plum Creek, Red Hawk, Sedalia, Franktown, Larkspur, Perry Park, Surrey Ridge, Sapphire Pointe, Terrain, and surrounding communities within Douglas County, Colorado. Service availability outside this area is at our discretion and may involve additional travel charges.
Scheduling and Appointments
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be booked by phone or through our online booking system. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, service calls may run longer than anticipated due to the nature of appliance diagnostics, and we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary. We will notify you as promptly as possible of any scheduling changes. Same-day service is offered when possible but is not guaranteed.
Diagnostic Fees and Pricing
A diagnostic service fee is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's travel to your Douglas County home, inspection of the appliance, identification of the fault, and preparation of a repair estimate. If you authorize the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost as described at the time of booking. Repair pricing is provided as a written estimate before any work begins. You must authorize the repair and its associated cost before our technician proceeds. Additional charges may apply if the scope of repair expands beyond the original estimate, and we will seek your approval before incurring any additional costs.
Parts and Components
Repairs are completed using OEM-standard parts and manufacturer-grade components. In some cases, a required part may need to be ordered, which may extend the repair timeline. We will communicate expected delivery times and schedule a follow-up visit to complete the installation. Parts installed during a repair remain covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty or our own workmanship guarantee as applicable. Removed parts become the property of Castle Rock Appliance Service unless you request their return at the time of service.
Warranty on Repairs
Castle Rock Appliance Service provides a warranty on the workmanship of completed repairs. The specific warranty duration and terms will be communicated at the time of repair and documented on your invoice. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and premature failure of installed parts under normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, power surges, water damage, pest infestation, unapproved modifications, or failure to maintain the appliance according to manufacturer recommendations. Claims must be reported within the warranty period by contacting our office.
Customer Responsibilities
As a condition of service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the appliance, its symptoms, and its history.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring repair, including clearing the area around the unit.
- Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment for our technician.
- Be present or designate a responsible adult to be present during the service appointment.
- Provide timely payment upon completion of services.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in collection activities and additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
Castle Rock Appliance Service's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific repair giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost food, business interruption, or property damage beyond the appliance being serviced. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed damage, or issues unrelated to the repair we performed.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies arise and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content on the subzerocastlerock.com website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Castle Rock Appliance Service or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without express written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
